responsibilities :
deploy and manage local LLMs (e.g. Llama, Mistral, Falcon, Gemma, etc.) within on-premises and virtualised environments.
understand how to extend LLMs using training data, RAG or memory
understand how to run agentic processes using local and public LLMs
benchmark and compare different LLMs for latency, accuracy, resource usage, and suitability to cybersecurity tasks (e.g. vulnerability reasoning, log correlation, anomaly detection).
develop automation scripts and pipelines for LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, and inference using Python, Go, and Node.js.
integrate LLMs with internal cybersecurity tools and APIs.
profile GPU/CPU utilisation and optimise model performance across different hardware configurations.
maintain and secure Linux environments, containers, and orchestration layers (Docker, Proxmox, or Kubernetes if applicable).
produce clear documentation and comparative reports summarising findings and recommendations.
stay current on the rapidly evolving LLM ecosystem, frameworks (e.g. Ollama, vLLM, LM Studio, text-generation-webui), and quantisation techniques.
requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience working with LLMs or NLP systems, including deployment and inference optimisation
Solid background in Linux systems administration, performance monitoring, and container management
Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and Node.js
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Go (Golang)
Experience with GPU-based compute environments (CUDA, ROCm or similar)
Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as vulnerability management, incident response, or log analytics
Great analytical and communication skills
