About the role:



In this role you will play a key role in resolving customer inquiries through detailed data analysis and accurate Portuguese-to-English translation. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, multilingual support, ensuring timely resolutions and an outstanding customer experience.





Your profile:


  • Knowledge of Portuguese language on at least B2/ C1 level and English on at least B2/C1 level,
  • University degree (min. Bachelor’s degree) - must have,
  • Nice to have: 1 year experience - preferably in technology support in voice, chat and email support,
  • Availability to work from the office in Gdańsk,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Project / Training coordination exposure,
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences and being an effective communicator.


Main responsibilities:


  • Managing, resolving and posting updates for any course/lab and related learning assets in a discussion forum on the designated platform for communication between the learners, mentors and teacher staff,
  • Managing the customer’s problems through effective diagnosis, resolution or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customers,
  • Acting as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles,
  • Understanding customer issues and advocating for their needs with cross-functional teams including product and engineering teams to find ways to improve the product and drive high-quality production.
