Learning & Development Operations Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Administer the Learning Management System: create learning items, send invites, manage registrations, record attendance, and maintain course materials.
- Provide administrative support in the organization of international workshops.
- Communicate with learning event organizers and participants.
- Deliver the learning service together with the rest of the Team according to the L&D service catalogue
- Ensure timely, high-quality reporting (daily, monthly) and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain process documentation, handle Service Now requests, and work on complex tasks or service improvements.
- Share and apply best practices while adhering to company standards and guidelines
Our requirements
- Excellent English skills
- Approximately 2 years of HR / L&D Operations experience in an international environment.
- Proficiency with HR systems and LMS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in a Shared Service Centre.
