We are seeking an experienced Lead Workplace Architect to join our client, a leading company in consulting and digital transformation, and support a strategic M365 implementation project. You will be responsible for driving technical discussions, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring delivery aligns with business and security requirements.

Project scope:
- Act as the technical lead for the Workplace architecture with a strong focus on M365 services
- Engage with internal stakeholders and technical teams to assess, clarify, and define implementation requirements
- Evaluate and advise on security aspects, especially PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Design and support the rollout of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange, and Modern Device Management (e.g., Intune)
- Support the implementation of Backup and Journaling, Auditing, and compliance mechanisms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business objectives and user needs
- Provide expert-level guidance on Azure Services as they relate to the workplace environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading workplace or endpoint architecture projects
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Modern Device Management (e.g., Intune, Autopilot), Azure Services, Backup and Journaling solutions, PKI, DLP, and Auditing
- Strong understanding of security and compliance in cloud environments.
- Ability to ask the right questions and engage with current implementation teams to clarify the full scope of deliverables
- Fluent English (C1 level) - written and spoken
- German proficiency is a strong advantage
