Lead - Senior Data Scientist

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with data experts and stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive decision-making and business growth.
• Design and implement advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Databricks for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and other data science applications.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning techniques, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to business challenges.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Expertise in using Databricks for data science workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment is highly desirable.
• Hands-on production experience with MLOps in Databricks, particularly in Model Registration and Evaluation workflows.
• Competency in Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol, Azure AI Agent Service, or Dapr.
• Expertise in building AI Agents and integrating them into advanced reasoning models to solve complex business challenges.
• AI “Platform” skills, including implementing constraints, monitoring, automated testing, and optimizing AI systems for reliability and scalability
