We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our team.
This role requires a talent who can innovate and translate business needs into effective technical solutions using OmniStudio tools. The perfect candidate will excellently handle stakeholder interactions and operate both autonomously and within a diverse team setting to bring Salesforce projects to life.
responsibilities :
Guide the team in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio
Translate wireframes into functional system requirements
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Collaborate within a globally distributed team
Manage projects independently, including adapting to priority shifts and foreseeing potential challenges
Ensure development adheres to Salesforce best practices and remains updated with the latest OmniStudio technologies
Solve complex problems using OmniStudio tools
Direct multiple projects and tasks efficiently
Implement projects in line with both client and internal specifications
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in development processes
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Primary Clouds including Sales, Service, and Community Cloud
Background in developing Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio with at least 3 years of experience
Expertise in OmniStudio and Salesforce Financial Services
Strong understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio components
Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships
Skills in translating complex business requirements into technical outputs
Capability to work autonomously and in a team
Familiarity with a distributed team environment across varying locations, including the UK, CEE, and Argentina
Competency to maintain project scopes and deadlines in a dynamic setting
