At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to automate human repetitive manual tasks with intelligent robotics. We’re now looking for a Lead Robotics Test Engineer, who will be responsible for taking lead in how we test our robots in Warsaw in order to ensure super-smooth production performance. Offer essentials: Play with robots every day Salary - 20 000 - 27 000 PLN gross UoP/net B2B equity Truly flexible working hours English-speaking environment Here is why we love this job ourselves, and hope you will enjoy it too: We help developing a product that has a significant real world impact We learn from talented people about programming, logistics, hardware tools and many more We’re still pretty small, so everyone has a direct impact on the final result We play with really cool modern hardware (e.G. robots), software (e.G. cloud) and AI We have a very experienced engineering & management team from Google, early unicorns (Criteo, Climate Corp) & top robotics companies (ABB, Softbank Robotics, Dematic) Some of the tasks you will take care of: Define and drive roadmap for quality assurance covering both automated and manual tests Build tools for efficient automated functional tests Enhance A/B testing infrastructure Maintain and optimize processes for manual testing procedures (both qualitative and quantitative) of software and hardware components Manage release process of our production robots Optimize costs of testing operations and infrastructure Provide technical leadership for a small team of QA specialists, support the day-to-day tasks and introduce changes to make their work easier while keeping a high level of QA results Educate software developers regarding testing best practices What skills we’d like you to have: 5 years of experience as Software Engineer in Test (or other similar role) Experience in developing tools for test automation Technical leadership in the quality assurance area Great programming skills (preferably in Python) Experience with quantitative testing (e.G. A/B test), basic knowledge of statistics Very good organizational skills Working in any kind of robot-related or hardware oriented industry is a strong plus Fluency in English, both spoken and written & great overall communication skills What should you expect once you apply? 30 minutes call with a Recruiter 45 minutes Hiring Manager interview 30 minutes Interview with one of our Data Analysts On-site interviews - a few more meetings & lunch with our team at the headquarters.
