Key Responsibilities:
-Execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers.
-Qualify inbound responses and transfer Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the sales team.
-Collaborate with external agencies on database management and content requirements.
-Track outreach performance and ensure alignment with lead generation KPIs.
Experience:
-1–2 years of experience in direct B2B outreach (LinkedIn and email campaigns).
-Hands-on experience with lead qualification and understanding of sales funnels.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms.
Skills:
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and markets.
-Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
-Willingness to travel for business purposes.
-Native-level Polish and excellent English proficiency.
