We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front-end Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge web applications and ensure seamless user experiences by leveraging your deep expertise in front-end technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize high-performance solutions that meet our business objectives. This position requires 2 days working from the client's office in Gdynia. Responsibilities Lead the development and architecture of front-end solutions using modern frameworks and technologies Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create seamless and responsive web applications Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards Mentor and guide junior developers in their technical growth and development Drive innovation and stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and trends Requirements 8 years experience in Software Development Strong knowledge of JS Core, expertise in ES6 Proficiency in React.Js and Angular 6 frameworks, and TypeScript Expert level knowledge of HTML5 and CSS/LESS/SASS Hands-on experience with Node.Js and understanding of BfF approach Experience in front-end unit and integration testing (e.G. Jest / Karma / Mocha / Cypress) Experience with front-end development tools and technologies (e.G.
