Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee the expansion and optimization of data and data pipeline architecture, ensuring efficient data flow and collection across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including software developers, database architects, data analysts, and data scientists, to support data initiatives and ensure consistent data delivery architecture.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing new technologies, and optimizing data systems to support future product development and data initiatives.
  • Take ownership of project and stakeholder management activities, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of product outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelors or higher degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in a data engineering role, with a strong background in Data architecture, performance, and organization.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge in data science.
  • Hands-on experience with platform such as Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Python and Spark is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture, data transformation processes, and workload management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
