Job Summary
Working as Person holding this position will be responsible for:
• Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and mentorship
• Setting the goals for the team and managing the performance
• Evaluation of Team and Developing the Strength of the Team
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members meet deadlines
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
• Design and implement analytical models and methodologies to solve complex business problems
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other departments
• Provide actionable insights that support key business decisions, such as resource allocation, risk management, and operational improvements
• Develop data-driven strategies and initiatives to improve business performance and drive growth
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics, technology, and industry best practices
• Contribute to the development of long-term data strategies and help implement new tools or technologies
Requirements
We expect you to have:
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis
• At least 3 years of experience in leading the team of mid/junior managers or managing projects
• Strong leadership skills - Ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally with different departments
• Strong orientation on goals and problem-solving skills
• Ability to tackle complex problems with creative, data-driven solutions
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodology
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level at minimum)
• Very good organizational skills
• Pro-active approach
• Presentation skills
• A mindset to overcome an obstacle
• Ability to travel
It would be nice if you have the below skills:
• Experience in working in logistics/courier business
• Have experience in working in an international organization
• Attention to detail, accuracy and reliability
