• minimum 5 years of experience in developing and defining architecture and design solutions,
• strong expertise in managing and securing end-user devices, with a particular focus on environments for developers,
• extensive background in endpoint security and protection, specifically for critical infrastructure (KRITIS),
• proven track record of working with both open-source and commercial technologies (COTS) for end-user device management and security, spanning at least 5 years,
• demonstrated ability to create, articulate, and implement clear architectural and design frameworks,
• experience in translating product specifications into actionable designs and effectively communicating these to engineering teams.
• fluent English communication skills in speech and writing (minimum C1 level),
• Fluent German in speech and writing (at least B2).
• designing and standardizing end-user device profiles (e.g., desktops, laptops, mobile devices) including BYOD policies and PAW/rPAW setups for critical infrastructure access by developers and operators,
• implementing best practices and leveraging open-source and commercial (COTS) technologies for end-user device management throughout the hardware and software lifecycle,
• ensuring endpoint security and protection, particularly for critical infrastructure (KRITIS),
• working with virtual clients and end-user devices,
• ability to collaborate with and influence technical engineering teams to align products with customer needs,
• experience in backlog management, including structuring user stories, defining clear descriptions, and setting acceptance criteria.
