Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for complex transactions of our funds. Your main tasks will be legal support for transactions in the areas of fund of funds including hedge fund strategies, debt, private equity, real estate and other real assets investments.
• Review of the corresponding contracts and the target documentation as well as the negotiations of side letters.
• Monitoring and reviewing transactions made by delegated portfolio managers.
• Ensuring a successful transaction you will coordinate and be the contact for our clients, external service providers and various regulatory authorities.
• Steering of legal and project topics

Your skills and experience:

• You have successfully completed your legal studies.
• Minimum five years’ professional experience in the investment fund industry, law or consulting firm.
• Strong capacity for team work, motivation, reliability, resilience and service-oriented approach.
• Organizational talent, personal initiative and ability to develop solutions independently.
• Fluency in English and German.
