Key Account Manager

• Facilitate and support various audits, including TS or VDA audits, development audits, engineering audits, logistics audits, process audits, financial audits, and warranty audits.
• Drive and monitor account profitability by focusing on key financial metrics such as Gross Margin and EBIT.
• Analyze customer scorecards and implement actionable strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from customers and provide comprehensive guidelines for the preparation of cost estimates.
• Manage access to customer intranet sites and ensure the internal distribution of the latest customer data, especially when reaching key business milestones.
• Efficiently communicate and transfer new customer requirements to the relevant internal teams as soon as they are received.
• Oversee all customer-facing reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Actively participate in program management review meetings to drive project success and alignment.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to align strategies and objectives across the organization.
