Key account manager, Joint care – Poland - Poznań
Main Responsibilities:
- Effective promotion of the entrusted Fidia orthopedic portfolio to experts, opinion leaders, medical practitioners in public and private centres together with establishing and developing cooperation with opinion leaders, specialist centres
- Organizing, preparing and conducting substantive trainings for doctors
- Representing Fidia during congresses, conferences, trainings in Poland and abroad
- Implement the Fidia strategy according to the individual preparations
- Preparing, implementing and executing promotional and sales activities for a designated portfolio.
- Building Fidias value and competitive advantage based on medical and product knowledge
- Implementation of tasks in accordance with the set promotional and sales goals
- Continuous improvement of the effectiveness of undertaken tasks, maximization of work effects and return on investment
- Creating and updating a database of indicated entities, co-creating CRM and reporting of performed activities - on time and in accordance with the companys standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years promoting intra-articular injections to doctors in orthopedics, traumatology, sports medicine, and rheumatology.
- 3+ years generating demand, orders, and sales to medical facilities.
- Established contacts and relationships with physicians in the specified fields.
- Knowledge and history of cooperation with KOL in the field of intra-articular injections in orthopedics, traumatology, sports medicine, rheumatology
- Ability to establish new contacts and create business relationships resulting in increased sales
- Sales and negotiation skills confirmed by facts as well as good analytical skills
- Valid Category B Driving License
