Your responsibilities
- Operational support role focused on platform stability and user support
- Incident management and troubleshooting
- Monitoring platform performance through logs, metrics, monitoring, and alerting tools
- Execution of runbooks and standard operating procedures
- Customer support and communication
Our requirements
- Experience with Apache Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms
- Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts
- Proven experience in IT operations, production support, or platform support
- Incident management and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with logs, metrics, monitoring, and alerting tools
- Knowledge of Git and GitLab CI/CD
- Experience working with runbooks and standard operating procedures
- Strong customer support and communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
- AWS experience (or other cloud platforms)
- Kubernetes knowledge
- Grafana and Prometheus experience
