responsibilities :
Monitor, analyze, and maintain data processing solutions
Monitor the platform in terms of processing and data quality
Support end-users by providing data domains knowledge in case of any data questions, issues with its accessibility, quality, completeness
Respond to and track issues by ensuring the customer is promptly notified while ensuring resolution and/or proper handoff to team members
Provide first-level contact for support services to customers with technical issues and concerns
Basic troubleshooting support
Institute escalation processes to the next level of support
Manage direct contact with data owners in order to enter, maintain and obtain missing data
Perform quality checks to ensure the quality of master data
Ensure that all internal and external customer interactions are handled professionally and with the highest level of service
requirements-expected :
Excellent command of Polish and English (we work with global clients)
Experience in customer support roles
Ability to work within a 24x7 support environment (also at weekends)
Good problem-solving skills and documentation skills
Proactive approach and strong analytical skills
Service-oriented attitude, patience, thoroughness and good attention to detail
Basic knowledge of SQL and general database concepts
Basic ability to analyze ETL code for understanding mappings or identifying potential errors
Basic ability to analyze data for anomalies, trend analysis, quality issues, and problems with timeliness and availability
