What we expect

• knowledge of the German language at least C1
• English is not required
• customer oriented attitude
• excellent organizational and communication skills
• good knowledge of MS Office
• availability for shift work and weekend work (5-day work week, 8 hours a day till 8 PM or 11 PM),
• availability for stationary work (office is located in the center of Cracow)
• permission for work in Poland - required

Your tasks

• supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
• analysing and solving customer’s’ queries
• sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
• making changes to the system
• forwarding faults or calls to other departments
