For our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Junior specialist (order management) with French - home office

Key responsibilities:
- Processing of shifts, price sheets and preparation of quotes, etc.
- Creating training programs and other documents
- Creating work instructions
- Supporting the team in other tasks
- Handling instant messaging chat, phone, email, teams
- Suggesting improvements
- Cooperation with other people in the company/department
Requirements:
- good knowledge of English - b1/b2
- very good knowledge of French- required level is b2/c1
- knowledge of both languages is required
- Availability to work full time
- Education in the field or courses in the field of
- procurement, will be an added advantage but is not a prerequisite for employment
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a position related to customer service
- Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP industry systems
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word programs
- Good communication skills
- Ability to think analytically
