Your responsibilities
- Verification of the correctness of received and sent documents.
- Direct contact with foreign customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitoring incoming requests from customers regarding transport documents.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports for the supervisor.
- Monitoring payment orders and striving to minimize the number of defaulted payments.
- Ensuring the correct documentation flow of unloading.
- Accounting for transport services.
Our requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
- Proficiency in English at min. B1 level.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Optional
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer service tools.
- Knowledge of German or French would be an advantage.
