Experience: 1+ years as a ServiceNow Engineer with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and/or CSDM.
Core Proficiency:
ITSM: Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Level Management.
CSM: Experience in Case Management, Customer Service Portals, and Knowledge Base configuration.
CSDM: Familiarity with the Common Service Data Model for streamlined service modeling.
UI Builder: Proficient in UI Builder with a track record of creating and customizing workspaces. Ability to develop components and layouts and utilize advanced scripting for enhanced user experiences.
Technical Skills: Skilled in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom app development on the ServiceNow platform.
Problem Solving and Independence: Able to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2+ level).
