As a Junior Salesforce Consultant, you will be integral to the management and optimization of the European Sales Cloud, ensuring smooth and effective marketing campaigns and customer relationship management.
What we expect
- Minimum Bachelors degree in any field (preferably IT or Service Background).
- Over 1 year of experience in Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud.
- Basic understanding of Sales Business Processes and knowledge of the SAP CS Module is a plus.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its various components (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMPscript.
- Proficiency in data management, segmentation, and analysis.
- Ability to extract meaningful insights and leverage customer data effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical or functional challenges efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms and work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Your tasks
- Create, configure, adapt, optimize, and administer the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, data extensions, automation workflows, and platform settings.
- Manage and organize data within the Marketing Cloud and third-party systems.
- Import, cleanse, segment audiences, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
- Create email templates, design personalized journeys, set up triggered and automated campaigns, and optimize performance through A/B testing.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM systems, data warehouses, and external APIs.
- Enable seamless data flow and automate processes for enhanced marketing efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, monitor system performance, and coordinate with Salesforce support teams.
- Train end-users on the platform’s features and capabilities.
- Create training materials, conduct workshops or webinars, and document best practices and guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
- Track KPIs, analyze metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
