Blue Projects is looking for a Junior Project Engineer to support our team on engineering and technological projects within the FMCG industry. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with technical education and a desire to grow within a dynamic, multidisciplinary company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in day-to-day tasks related to engineering projects.
• Support the engineering department in developing technical solutions based on client requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, project coordination, and on-site activities during project implementation.
• Help prepare project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper documentation flow and communication across teams.
• Learn and contribute to change management processes.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Higher technical education in mechanical, production, or process engineering (or in the last year of studies).
• Basic knowledge of 3D design software (Inventor/Cadmatic).
• Good command of English and Polish, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within the project engineering field.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Nice to have: Internship or project experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
