The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. Founded in 1936, the Institute now has more than 48,000 members worldwide, representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, both private and public. As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI facilitates the open exchange of ideas and experiences among industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to shaping the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.
ULI has been active in Europe since the early 1990s and today we have over 5,000 members. We have a particularly strong presence in the major European real estate markets with our National Councils in Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece and Cyprus, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
The transformation of livable urban spaces is not only one of the greatest, but also most urgent challenges of our time. As an interdisciplinary network, the ULI CONNECTS the various industry players and promotes the dialogue between the private real estate industry and the public sector – and not only at a local level. We stand for international exchange, open dialogue and interdisciplinary diversity, true to the motto: Think global, act local. We believe that knowledge becomes more when it is shared, and we draw our content from the broad wealth of knowledge and experience that our members bring to the network. We INSPIRE and get inspired, courageously take on new challenges and support our members in making sustainable urban development a reality. Together we take responsibility for our cities and go into LEAD, show how ESG can be holistically integrated into urban development and put people back in the centre.
As a ULI employee, you support us in realising our global mission: transforming our cities into livable, urban spaces. Sustainable urban development can only succeed together. Therefore: Let’s do it!
Together with our members, partners, and supporters, we strive to create sustainable change and make a positive impact.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Program Coordinator (f/m/d) who is eager to support our projects, grow with us, and actively contribute to our mission. The Junior Program Coordinator will provide essential support to our portfolio of programs and events across multiple jurisdictions in the ULI DACH region, ULI Poland and more. As our initiatives expand in scale and complexity, we need an organised, proactive team member to assist with the day‑to‑day support, logistics, communications, and stakeholder coordination. This role will help ensure our programs run smoothly, deadlines are met, and our members have an exceptional experience — contributing directly to the success and impact of our mission.
