design, maintain and optimize our supply chain data input to systems to ensure efficient and effective operations (supplier and forwarder/carrier related)
manage the day-to-day activities of the supply chain data systems, including database updates and maintenance
Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the supply chain data systems and work to implement solutions promptly
design analytical tools and reports around the Supply Chain environment supporting the decision-making process
work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date, and to ensure that our supply chain processes are running smoothly
maintain good relationships with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and the company’s business partners with a “can do” attitude and problem-solving approach
Our requirements
very good Excel skills
practical use of English both written and verbal (min. B2)
strong analytical and problem-solving attitude, with a focus on attention to detail
minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in a multinational environment
experience with database management systems and ERP systems will be an asset
ability to work effectively in a team environment and to communicate information to appropriate stakeholders
INCOTERMS 2020 and logistics environment knowledge will be an asset
