Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day legal support to business units, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, including Pepco Group operations across foreign jurisdictions
- Drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate and commercial documents, including shareholders’ resolutions, board resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate policies, and commercial contracts
- Maintaining corporate documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Supporting regulatory filings and handling communication with external law firms and regulatory authorities
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the company’s operations and ensuring appropriate internal dissemination
- Coordinating document execution processes, managing internal and external approval workflows, and ensuring proper archiving of executed documents
- Collaborating closely with other departments (including Group Legal, Compliance, and Finance/Tax) to deliver integrated, business‑aligned legal support
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Law
- Bar admission completed or currently in progress
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience gained in an in‑house legal department or a corporate law firm
- Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law
- Strong legal drafting skills and the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, international business environment
- Working proficiency in English (both written and spoken), allowing for confident legal and business communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex processes
- Proactive, business‑oriented mindset with a hands‑on, solution‑driven approach
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2–3 days per week spent in the Poznań office
