Job Description

• Supporting the preparation of the quarterly and annual reporting to the corporate - IFRS standards.
• Controlling fixed costs and accruals calculations
• Assisting in monthly books closings
• Undertaking ad-hoc corporate financial tasks
• Monitor and ensure timely filing of tax and other statutory reports provided by third-party bookkeepers
• Contact with 3rd party providers incl. lease land owners
• Supporting real estate tax process incl. declaration filling
• Reconciliation of fixed assets and prepayments of FA
• Bank payments preparation
• Cash flow monitoring
• Supporting third-party bookkeepers with relevant information
• Participate in annual planning, budgeting, and variance process
• Working closely with auditors
• Taking active participation in global systems implementations

The Successful Applicant

• CPA from Big 10 accounting firm- advantage.
• Excellent English (writing and speaking) - must.
• Proficiency with Power Point and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to details, accountability, and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and extensive working hours as needed, in a fast-paced and changing environment.
