Junior Digital Media Manager

For our Marketing department at our office in  Bydgoszcz we are looking for a reliable colleague who can join us as Junior Digital Media Manager (Poland and CEE countries) 

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• You help to drive the success of the FRoSTA brand with your innovative ideas.
• You enjoy creative freedom in a supportive and motivated international team.
• You take charge of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) on 4 markets through external agencies, with a focus on reporting and deep analysis of key performance indicators.
• You create content on our brand websites, ensuring it resonates with our audience.
• You manage SEO and SEM activities together with external agency.
• You collaborate with the Marketing Team to build strong brand equity through exciting projects.
• You access a variety of training and development opportunities to grow your skills.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• You hold a university degree in Marketing, Communication, Economy or Psychology or IT.
• Furthermore You bring strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
• You are a natural project manager – you feel good in vivid, variable working environment.
• You have communicative and open personality with a knack for problem-solving.
• You have keen interest in modern marketing trends.
