Are you ready to grow your career in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, logistics, and SAP systems? We are looking for individuals who already have some experience in customer support—preferably in a B2B environment—and want to take the next step in their professional development.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support customers throughout the entire OTC process—from order entry to delivery.
- Monitor order fulfilment and take proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and provide professional, timely responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, transport) locally and internationally.
- Work in SAP SD and ensure documentation complies with company and legal standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service (e.g., call center, B2B support, back-office) or working with SAP systems.
- Strong English skills (C1) and proficiency in Italian(B2/C1)
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
