Junior Customer Service with German

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist with fluent German. This is a hybrid position, with one day a week in the office. 

Responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent customer service and support ?
• Handle incoming calls from customers, with occasional outgoing calls ?
• Assist customers with banking services, including account management, account closures, data verification, and document completion ?
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions ?

Requirements:

• Fluent German
• Proficiency in English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills ??
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment ?
