Junior Customer Service Specialist with Danish

Your responsibilities

timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners;
direct contact with retailers and individual clients via phone (incoming calls) and emails to provide information on order status and advise about Miele products and their specifics;
checking the delivery options and offering alternative solutions;
clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation;
credit notes release and processing returns according to the internal procedures.

Our requirements

C1 level of Danish language and B2 level of English;
relevant work experience in a customer service as an advantage;
willingness to work from Poznań office in a hybrid model (2 days from the office, 3 days at the home office);
team player able to work in cross cultural team;
ability to build relationships with business partners and customers.
