Junior Customer Service Representatives

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in Polish and English (C1), we want to hear from you. ??
Position Details:

• Experience: Up to 1 year in customer service ?
• Language: Fluent Polish and English (C1)
• Location: Anywhere in Poland (100% remote work) ?

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support ?
• Handle incoming calls from UK customers, with occasional outgoing calls ?
• Assist customers with banking services, including account management, account closures, data verification, and document completion ?
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions ?

Requirements:

• Up to 1 year of customer service experience ?
• Proficiency in Polish and English (C1)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills ??
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment ?
• Experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) departments is a plus ?‍♂?
