We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in Polish and English (C1), we want to hear from you. ????????
Position Details:
- Experience: Up to 1 year in customer service ????
- Language: Fluent Polish and English (C1)
- Location: Anywhere in Poland (100% remote work) ????
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support ????
- Handle incoming calls from UK customers, with occasional outgoing calls ????
- Assist customers with banking services, including account management, account closures, data verification, and document completion ????
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions ????
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of customer service experience ????
- Proficiency in Polish and English (C1)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills ????????
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment ????
- Experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) departments is a plus ????♂????
