We’re looking for a customer-focused and well-spoken Junior Customer Service Consultant with French and English to join our team and answer questions and requests from hotels and partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service including telephone and mail etiquette
- Providing first line support for hotels-related problems and trying to fix the problems or answer the questions as efficiently and sufficiently as possible
- Solving problems related to payments
- Responding to emergency situations and taking appropriate actions
Skills and experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stress resistance and ability to work effectively under deadlines
- Reliability and team player mentality
- Experience in customer service is nice to have
- Knowledge of Travel sector or reservation systems will be a strong asset
- Willingness to work on daily shift (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
- Working proficiency in French (min. B2)
- Intermediate level in English (B1-B2)
- Other language is nice to have
