The team

GPS (GlobalLogic People Support) in Hitachi Digital covers HR processes such as benefits administration, onboarding, and compensation. We support employees, managers, and colleagues with HR-related questions and tasks, working closely with HR teams globally to deliver excellent HR operational services.

The role

  1. You will coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, deregistration, and employee requests in Jira.
  2. Administer benefits within the EMEA region.
  3. Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to employee queries.
  4. Manage pension plans, including enrollments, deregistration, and contribution changes.
  5. Ensure high-quality, professional, and timely service delivery in your area.
  6. Participate in HR projects to improve user experience and service quality.
  7. Maintain employee application and consent forms related to benefits/pensions.
  8. Provide monthly benefits reports to Finance and Payroll teams.
  9. Contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency and work quality.
  10. Update knowledge base with benefits-related changes, policies, and guidelines.
  11. Create and maintain reports on benefits utilization, satisfaction, and membership information.
  12. Coordinate with benefits providers regarding discrepancies or platform issues.
  13. Collaborate closely with other HR and support teams.
  14. Learn the application of labor law across European countries.
  15. Work with managers and employees globally.

What you’ll bring

  • Customer Service experience
  • Understanding of Global HR processes (experience in HR Shared Service environment is a plus)
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal
  • Fluent in Polish – written and verbal
  • Experience in employee benefits administration
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Practical knowledge of HR systems (asset)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes
