For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Junior assistant in accounting and administrative department, working with French language

Responsibilities of the position:
- Preparing and analyzing accounting documentation
- Entering data and controlling its correctness in the system
- Daily work on SAP
- Taking care of the correct course of accounting and administrative processes
- Overseeing payments/receivables and other operations on client accounts
- Ongoing cooperation with the accounts receivable department
- Supporting other team members
- Preparing reports, statements and other documents for the client's needs
- Analysis of accounting documents
- Creating and updating accounting data and documents
The employer expects:
- knowledge of foreign languages: English and French - level not lower than b1/b2
- Freedom of communication in the above languages
- ability to conduct conversations with another person
- ability to build and maintain positive relationships on a business level
- availability to work from Monday to Friday (full-time work)
- Education or directional courses - are an additional asset but not a prerequisite
