Responsibilities:
- Help improve user retention for 3 to 4 AI agents in our disclosed project by understanding how users interact with them and identifying areas for improvement
- Support the automation of customer support processes to help the team reach a resolution rate of 65% or higher
- Regularly analyze user feedback, usage data, and product metrics to guide feature prioritization and improvements
- Take an empirical, data-driven approach to product development, test, measure, and iterate
- Proactively communicate when a change in product direction is needed; let go of past decisions when evidence suggests a better path forward
- Understand business problems in depth and translate them into clear product opportunities
- Create (or learn to create) advanced prompts for AI models to improve product functionality and user experience
Requirements:
- 1-2 year of experience in product management, tech, or consulting (Big4) - internships count!
- Good data analytics skills and an eye for detail
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in SaaS products
- Interest in automating customer support to boost resolution rates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient English - B2/C1 level
- Team player comfortable collaborating with engineering and data teams

- basic programming skills (Python, TypeScript)
