We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Accounts Payable Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in German, we want to hear from you. ????????
Position Details:
- Experience: Up to 1 year in accounts payable or a related field ????
- Language: Fluent German
- Salary: 6000 – 7000 PLN gross ????
- Contract: Employment contract (umowa o pracę) ????
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices and payments ????
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial data ????
- Communicate with vendors and resolve any discrepancies ????
- Assist in month-end closing activities ????
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures ✅
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field ????
- Proficiency in German
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ????
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment ????
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus ????
