Your responsibilities

• issuing and posting of sales invoices, interest notes and other accounting documents
• verification and posting of purchase invoices and bank statements to client accounts
• execution of current payments
• contact with clients
• building a positive image of the company on the market
• reconciliation of settlements with counterparties and the state of their turnover and balances
• clarifying inconsistencies
• cooperation with the debt collection department

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of English and German (minimum B2)
• Experience in an accounting position - AR department (OtC)
• Higher education, preferred faculties - economics, finance, accounting, management
• Very good MS Office and computer skills
• Knowledge of SAP system - additional advantage
• Knowledge in the area of fixed assets - an additional asset
• Communication skills, motivation, commitment
• Willingness for further professional development
