As a (Junior) Accountant in PtP, you will independently manage financial accounting tasks based on received data and vouchers. You will ensure compliance with procedures, uphold international accounting standards, and foster strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers.
Tasks
- Processing documents, data and vouchers according to procedures, general accounting principles, cost center structures, and applicable country‑specific work instructions.
- Checking or obtaining necessary authorizations according to the procedures.
- Initiating creation/changes of vendor master data.
- Managing communication with customers and customers’ business partners.
- Proactively supervising and reconciling the accounts to clarify open items in pending or current accounts.
- Monitoring discrepancies between the expected cost positions and the incoming invoices, proactively initiating corrections in internal IT systems or suppliers’ debit notes.
- Monitoring statuses of own open cases.
- Providing information to the respective finance department or airport management teams (such as unpaid receivables, open items that could not be clarified, etc.).
- Estimating and settling accruals and provisions for invoices.
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.

Requirements
- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines.
- 1 year of experience in FI processes (SSC or BPO environment) for Accountant position.
- Any professional experience in corporate environment will be an asset for Junior Accountant position.
- Good command of English – B2 or higher, depends on service requirements.
- German – nice to have.
- Good command of all Windows applications.
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work.
- Very good communications skills.
- Analytical and conceptual mind‑set.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Interpersonal/social skills.
- High precision, dedication to deliver the objectives on time.
