Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with a global, cross-functional team of developers, product managers, and QA engineers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide leadership and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and coaching. API Development: Design and refine RESTful and SOAP APIs for robust integrations across diverse systems. Optimize Database Performance: Apply your expertise in SQL and PL/SQL to enhance database efficiency and reliability. Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and system performance, staying ahead of industry trends. requirements-expected : Extensive experience with Java 8/17, Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks. Advanced knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs and their implementation. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle), with hands-on experience in optimizing complex queries and stored procedures. Familiarity with server environments such as Tomcat or Tomee. Fluent, professional-level English, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across international teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity in technical discussions and documentation. Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring teams. Strategic mindset, capable of solving complex challenges while maintaining business continuity.
