• We’re currently looking for an experienced Technical Lead (Fullstack Java) to join and guide one of our product teams developing scalable, globally used solutions. As a Tech Lead, you’ll take ownership of the system architecture, mentor other engineers, and drive key technical decisions — while staying hands-on with development.
• The tech stack is heavily backend-focused, with about 90% Java work and around 10% frontend using Vue.js. If you have experience with React and are interested in switching to Vue, this is a great chance to broaden your skillset while leading a strong, collaborative team. Depending on your profile and preferences, we’ll assign you to the project that best aligns with your expertise.

• Leading the design and delivery of end-to-end features in close collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineering teams
• Driving backend development efforts using Java and Spring Boot, while ensuring alignment with long-term architectural goals
• Overseeing the implementation of frontend components in Vue.js and supporting team members transitioning from frameworks like React or Angular
• Setting quality standards through code reviews, test strategies (unit/integration), and by guiding key architectural decisions
• Taking ownership of application performance, security, and maintainability, and promoting best practices across the full technology stack

• At least 8 years of professional experience in Java development, including proven experience in technical leadership roles
• Solid hands-on experience with frontend development in a commercial setting — ideally with Vue.js or React, covering at least 10% of your recent project work
• Readiness to work with Vue.js in future projects
• A strategic yet pragmatic approach to solving technical challenges, with a strong focus on building scalable and maintainable production systems
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English (min. B2 level) for effective collaboration in international environments
• Residing in Poland required
