We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Java Full Stack Tech Lead to join our team and contribute to an exciting, fast-growing project for one of our largest clients in the banking domain.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and developing full-stack applications.
• Architect, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and maintain the front-end using Angular, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization across the stack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in both front-end and back-end components.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java, Angular, and microservices to continuously enhance technical deliverables.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Java, with general proficiency in core Java development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Expertise in front-end development using Angular, with a focus on building dynamic, responsive user interfaces.
• Practical knowledge and experience with microservices architecture and patterns.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and their application in building scalable, maintainable systems.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
