• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot
• Build and maintain services based on Node.js, used for inter-service communication or as lightweight supporting APIs
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver complete, well-tested features in a CI/CD environment
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in existing systems, including code refactoring and optimization to improve quality and stability

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Java Developer, with strong knowledge of frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot
• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js, including building and maintaining backend services or APIs
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, with a strong understanding of software design principles and best practices
• Experience working in Agile development teams, including participation in code reviews, sprint planning, and collaborative problem-solving
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, sufficient for daily communication in an international team and participation in technical discussions
• Residing in Poland required
