Your tasks

• Deliver digitally advanced financial products and enhance existing systems by implementing new features and improvements
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to develop customer-focused products
• Update and maintain comprehensive documentation for team processes, best practices, and software systems
• Apply exceptional analytical skills to develop creative, commercially viable solutions
• Contribute innovative ideas to the team while continuously expanding your technical knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of Java programming experience 
• Experience building microservices and object-orientated programming
• Proficiency in frameworks for creating web applications, including Spring/Hibernate and AWS
• Prior experience with Kafka and MongoDB is beneficial
• Fluent level of written and spoken English
• Openness to hybrid work in Warsaw (min. 2 days/week in-office)
