about-project :
Noratel is currently building a global IT Shared Service Centre to support its operating companies. As part of this team, youll play a key role in shaping the group’s IT strategy, managing central IT infrastructure, and contributing to key IT projects like domain migration and ITSM implementation.
responsibilities :
administer network resources,
user, server, workstation setup and support users in AD/Office 365. General administration and maintenance of the Active Directory and Entra,
deliver, install, maintain, and support user-related technology,
provides remote and on-site user support,
monitoring and supervision of hardware and software, data availability and performance of ICT infrastructure,
responds to service desk support queue for proper resolution or escalation of issues,
maintains, installs, troubleshoots, and repairs Windows Server Infrastructure,
proactively helps in maintaining IT hardware and software asset management and provides user applications support,
enforces company IT Security policies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all computer systems and data,
reporting on the implementation of corporate policy and ongoing projects, and system documentation.
requirements-expected :
2+ Years’ experience working with Microsoft operating systems and 365,
communicative Polish and English (B2),
experience with 1st and 2nd line support,
practical knowledge and experience in working with Azure Services and MS365 range of products,
practical knowledge of LAN, SAN, FC technologies, Hyper-V environment and VM Clusters,
expertise in Windows server and workstation family systems,
good awareness around Cyber Security,
awareness of ITIL and ITSM practices,
ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, both within the IT function as well as other business functions,
strong multi-tasking, time management, and documentation skills,
must have good communication skills,
willingness to take initiative and responsibility.
