Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Perform 2nd level support on Road applications placed within the Road 2nd level support team
• Supervision of the proper configuration of the Road DSV application in accordance with the DSV standards
• Take part in root cause analysis, management, source code, documentation
• Creating and updating documentation
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law, and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration, and other internal regulations in the company, including the company’s intellectual property protection
• Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values
• Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education

Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in IT
• Work experience in transport operation, implementing IT processes
• Basic knowledge about IT tools – minimum 1-2 years
