For our Client we are looking for IT Support with very good knowledge of German. Our Client is a global company providing IT services, specializing in IT infrastructure management and supporting the digital transformation of enterprises.
responsibilities :
Resolving technical issues related to software and network.
Diagnosing problems and providing step-by-step instructions.
Logging and managing tickets, escalating more complex issues to higher support levels (e.g., IT specialists).
Maintaining technical documentation.
requirements-expected :
Knowledge of German and English language at least at B2 level
Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Able to work in 24x7 shift mode
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
