responsibilities :

• Deliver high-level technical support and resolve incidents reported by end users.
• Provide excellent customer service in German, both in writing and verbally.
• Track and handle service tickets to ensure compliance with SLA timelines.
• Accurately document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and process updates.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and solve more complex technical issues.

• 2+ years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
• Proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Kraków.
• Excellent communication skills in English
