  • We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will provide first-line assistance to end-users, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and delivering exceptional customer service.

responsibilities :


  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Manage and resolve user account issues such as password resets, access permissions, and account setups using Active Directory.
  • Assist in the deployment, installation, and configuration of IT equipment such as laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Document and track technical issues using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Monitor and maintain the organization’s network and internet connectivity, troubleshooting VPN and WiFi issues as needed.
  • Support Office 365 applications, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and software installations.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams and follow up to ensure resolution.

requirements-expected :


  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, including user management and group policies.
  • Experience with Office 365 and common productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with users at all technical levels.
