responsibilities :
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Manage and resolve user account issues such as password resets, access permissions, and account setups using Active Directory.
Assist in the deployment, installation, and configuration of IT equipment such as laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Document and track technical issues using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
Monitor and maintain the organization’s network and internet connectivity, troubleshooting VPN and WiFi issues as needed.
Support Office 365 applications, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and software installations.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
requirements-expected :
2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
Proficiency in supporting Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, including user management and group policies.
Experience with Office 365 and common productivity tools.
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar.
Basic knowledge of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with users at all technical levels.
